Order Processing Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Important: Processing time is different from shipping/transit time. Processing refers to the time needed to prepare and pack your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping

- Free on orders over 1099
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship in INDIA.
Please note:
- Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
- We may be unable to ship to certain regions due to carrier restrictions.
- PO Box delivery availability depends on the shipping carrier selected.
If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
- Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders or high-value purchases.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos when contacting support.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit:
- Contact us with your order number.
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local courier office.
- Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you locate your shipment.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
While we will assist in tracking delayed shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
